Steven Eisenberg

Steven Eisenberg is a partner in the Miami and Los Angeles law firm of Feldman Gale. He practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property law and entertainment law. He serves as pro bono general counsel to New Theatre. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in 1981 and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1984. Mr. Eisenberg has represented local and national businesses as well as individuals in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. He began his legal career as a law clerk to Judge Lenore Nesbitt of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Eisenberg has been and remains active in community and bar activities and, is currently the chair of the Florida Bar Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section. Mr. Eisenberg frequently lectures on intellectual property and entertainment law matters. He is most proud of having been the recipient in 2003 of the Dianne Joyce Award and in 2004 of the Berta Chourrot de Acha Award both presented each year by New Theatre to an Outstanding Volunteer from among the ranks of board members and other supporters of the theatre.
